About Summit Lake & Nearby Attractions
Summit Lake is on the continental divide between the Pacific and Arctic watersheds and offers a range of recreation opportunities including fishing, swimming, boating and related water sports. There are more than 40 kilometers of undeveloped public shoreline to explore around the lake.
Nearby you can find hiking trails with a view on Teapot Mountain. Also nearby is the historic Giscome Portage Trail which leads to the Huble Homestead on the Fraser River where you can see a restored pioneer settlement and learn about the explorers, fur traders and original settlers in this area.
