Summit Lake Resort Guest Policies
Please be aware that in order to use the Resort, visitors and guests must comply with the following policies, which are intended to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for all.
ALL VISITORS & UNREGISTERED GUESTS MUST CHECK IN AT OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY: Guests are responsible to supervise their children at all times and especially when they are in or near the lake. Use of footwear at all times is strongly advised.
Pets: Guests agree to keep pets on a leash (6 feet or less) at all times. Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior are not permitted in the Resort. All pets are subject to prior approval by Resort management. Barking must be controlled to prevent disturbing others. Guests agree to keep pets off landscaped areas, walk pets outside the Resort and to clean up immediately after their pets.
Site Maintenance: Guests agree to keep the Resort property in a clean condition and avoid damage to the Resort facilities. Do not place barbeques or cook-tops on picnic tables.
Garbage/Littering: Please use garbage cans provided in common areas and avoid littering of any kind, including cigarette butts.
Visitors: Registered guests must make prior arrangements with the Resort for expected visitors. Please note there is a limit of 6 persons to an RV site at any time inclusive of visitors. Registered guests shall be responsible for their visitors conduct and any damage caused while on site, as well as any applicable day use or overnight charges for their visitors.
Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 8 am; Please do not expose your neighbours to excessive or offensive noise at any time.
Reservations: Require a 100% deposit payable by Interac transfer; no debit or credit cards accepted. 30 days notice required for refund, less 1 night cancellation fee per RV site. Guests cancelling within 30 days of their arrival date will forfeit their deposit. Check in time is 2 pm; check out 11 am.
Release: Guests and visitors agree to release and forever discharge the Resort, its agents, owners, employees, successors and assigns (the “Released Party”) from any claims, demands, actions and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the provision of services by the Resort. Furthermore the Guests and visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Party for any and all injuries and personal property loss or damage that arise at the Resort, however caused.
Failure to abide by the terms and policies of the Resort as set out above or as amended by Resort management, may result in the termination of Guest agreements and Guests or visitors being required to leave.
